1 lb fresh Atlantic or Alaskan salmon, cut in 1-inch slices
1 tsp paprika
1 tbs brown sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbs minced garlic
Fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Place salmon in a cast iron skillet or glass pan. For easy clean up, line the pan with aluminum foil first.
Season the salmon with paprika, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
Garnish the top of the salmon with minced garlic.
Broil the salmon on high heat for 7-8 minutes.
Remove from the oven, top with lemon juice, and enjoy!
